SME Mentorship (Pre-OHPIN)
Executive Director Jenith Sivanesan has spent years mentoring property management operators across Ontario, helping dozens of SMEs improve their tenant retention, streamline operations, and grow their portfolios — directly informing the design of OHPIN's programming.
Short-Term Rental Optimization
Our Co-Executive Director has worked hands-on with property management companies to optimize Airbnb and short-term rental revenue strategies, implement management frameworks, and navigate Ontario's evolving regulatory environment.
Advisory Network
The OHPIN advisory board collectively oversees 775+ units under management and advises on hundreds of millions of dollars in real estate assets — providing the program with practical, tested frameworks before a single training session is delivered.
